2010 SCSHA Convention
Call For Volunteers Form

Help Make the 2010 SCSHA Convention a Success!

 
    The SCSHA Convention would not be able to function without the generous support of our many volunteers. If you have volunteered in the past, we hope we can count on you again. We always welcome new volunteers too! No experience is necessary.

We will provide a short training session and supply you with written instructions to help you carry out your duties.

In return for your valuable time, SCSHA will:
Acknowledge your volunteerism in the SCSHA Convention On-Site Program and in the SCSHA In Touch. Simply check any or all positions for which you are willing to volunteer. The Volunteer Committee Chair will contact you prior to Convention to inform you of your assignment(s).
   


I will serve in any volunteer position needed.

Registration Volunteer: Helping with the registration process.

Facilitator: Introducing the speaker and securing assistance for any problems.

Raffle Sales: Sell raffle tickets during the Convention.

Administrative Volunteer: Put together attendee packets or attendee bags.

Photographer Volunteer: Take photos of the Convention in action.

Hostess: Help to direct attendees to sessions.
